Shipment Schedule

  • After we’ve verified your payment (within 24-48 hours), orders are shipped daily except on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and Holidays.
  • For areas within Metro Manila, delivery time is 3-5 working days via Honestbee while for provincial areas; delivery time is 7-15 working days via LBC.
  • If you’re in a rush and need your order to be delivered within the day, you can pick it up from our location via GrabExpress or Honestbee, provided your payment has been confirmed and verified by our online team. (Rush processing is only available M-F from 9AM-5PM, except for holidays)

Tracking and Shipment Status
Order tracking and shipment information are sent via e-mail along with your order confirmation.

International Shipping
International orders may require 3-5 business days or additional processing time prior to shipment as we may need to consolidate items to one location for shipment.Our partner couriers for worldwide shipping include DHL Express and Fed Ex.
